1. | Q: What is pre-order? A: Pre-order means after you have placed an order with us, then only we will order from our supplier. Therefore, you may need to wait for a short period of time for your items to reach at your doorstep. |
2. | Q: How long should I wait? A: Each batch closes on Every Sunday, 8pm. After 10-14 days, you will receive your lovely pieces. |
3. | Q: Are the pictures shown in your site are the pictures of real products? A: Yes, they are. But there may be difference in colors due to different kind of computer screen. |
4. | Q: What about the quality? A: We have chosen the best suppliers out of many. Please read the product description clearly before placing an order. |
5. | Q: I've paid for it, but I would like to change the color/size? A: So sorry, you could not change the color or size once we've placed the order to our supplier. We will not refund under this situation. |
6. | Q: What if the item is out of stock but I have already paid for it? A: Don't worry. We will refund you in full with no doubt. |
7. | Q: What if the item that I've received has a major defect? A: We try our very best to check the condition of item before sending out the parcel. If any damages happen during the delivery process, do email us we will arrange a refund, but only for major defect. |
